I called in and asked for a tier 2 support for True up into HeavyJob as it relates to heavybid cost code set up. Chris was quick to point out he could help, he got my initial question answered and we got of the phone. Chris then found something else and called me back about 15 minutes later. No kidding, it was the best 11 minute phone call I have ever had, he showed me a couple of new things such as alternate cost code and how to export from query for the material sub report… blew my mind!
